Tender Announcement - Logistical and Organizational Support to ADP

The USAID-funded Agribusiness Development Project aims to increase the export competitiveness of Moldova's high-value agricultural sector (consisting of fruit, vegetable and table grape clusters). As part of the technical assistance provided to producers, processors and exporters of these crops, ADP is organizing a round table with key stakeholders in the sector to initiate discussions regarding the Opportunity of Developing a Competitive Table Grape Production Sector in Moldova. CNFA announces a tender for enterprises (NGOs or private companies) to provide organizational and logistical support in holding the round table discussion.

The sub-contractor will be responsible for:
— Selecting an appropriate venue for the round table,
— Selecting and inviting the participants (in close coordination with CNFA),
— Selecting speakers/consultants and facilitating the preparation of presentation materials,
— Coordinating mass media participation,
— Preparing a final report based on presentations and recommendations made by speakers and participants.

Interested organizations must observe the following requirements:
— Three years of proven experience in conducting business development and/or training activities;
— Experience in facilitating and organizing interactive work sessions and group discussions, as a tool to identify needs and priorities for assistance;
— Capacity to provide complete logistical support (including but not limited to staff resource for administrative assistance, knowledge of appropriate conference facilities, established connections with local media resources, etc.);
— Understanding of the high-value agricultural sector is an advantage;
— Established linkages and relationships with agribusiness enterprises, research institutes, universities;
— Proven ability to prepare professional reports in English, in addition to Romanian and Russian.
