Study and Assessment of the Russian Ban Effect on the Moldovan Fresh Product Sector

CNFA's Marketing Information and Development Department (MIDD) is announcing an open competition for companies interested in conducting a study and assessment of the Russian ban effect on the Moldovan fresh product sector. As outlined in the Scope of Work the selected company will conduct a study and assessment with selected fresh product exporters, Russian importers and Moldovan governmental officials to identify a set of recommendations for local agricultural operators in order to overcome this market barrier and exploit new opportunities.

Interested companies (private entities, NGOs, etc.) should present a Technical Proposal following Scope of Work requirements and a proposed budget to CNFA's office in Chisinau (33/1 Bulgara Street) by 5:00 pm, Monday, August 1, 2005. Applications should be presented in sealed envelopes with Application for MIDD Sub-contract, Russian Ban Study as a title. The selection will be made based on companies' previous relevant experience, quality of presented proposal and budget amount.
