Leasing Services should be expanded: Profit Magazine publishes an article written by ADP and CEED experts August 17, 2007 On April 12, 2007 representatives of leasing companies, commercial banks and insurance companies had the opportunity to get acquainted with the findings of the market research/study exploring the opportunities for development of commercial leasing in the Republic of Moldova. The research entitled Growing economic sectors and opportunities for commercial leasing, was carried out as result of the combined support of two projects funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID): Competitiveness Enhancement and Enterprise Development Project (CEED) and Moldova Agribusiness Development Program (ADP). Such analysis was performed for the first time at the national level. Following the presentation came an offer from Profit Magazine, one of Moldova leading financial publication, for the authors to prepare an article for publishing. The article appeared in the August 2007 issue of Profit and is available for download in Romanian and Russian in PDF format (~1 MB).
