Call for Applications for “Train-the-Trainer” Workshop on Food Safety Implementation

CNFA's Agribusiness Development Project funded by USAID is seeking applications from qualified individuals and organizations for participation at the 2-day “Train-the-Trainer” workshop regarding practical aspects of Food Safety implementation.

Selected applicants will be trained in February 2008, the training course being held by CNFA specialists. Applicants who are selected, and take part in the course, will be added to ADP’s list of Food Safety consultants.

Required qualifications include:

  • Degree in Food Science;
  • At least 5 years of working experience in processing or related fields;
  • Good knowledge of Moldovan legislation (food safety, standardization, etc);
  • Excellent oral and writing communication skills, in Romanian, Russian, and knowledge of English preferred.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Knowledge of Moldovan processing products;
  • Previous experience as agribusiness consultant.
