Pre-Feasibility Assessment of Ethanol Production in Moldova ...July 14, 2006 The Ethanol Pre-Feasibility Study was requested by the Moldovan Government and funded by the US Agency for International Development (USAID) through the Agribusiness Development Project (ADP). The concept of lessening Moldova’s dependence on imported fuel while creating a new domestic market for excess corn and feed-wheat production in the context of rising energy costs is a major concern for the Government of Moldova.
